 A friend messaged me a random link to plinko during lunch, saying, "this is dumb fun, trust me." I thought it looked silly at first, just a chip bouncing down a board. But I clicked play, dropped a few chips, and ended up sitting there for 45 minutes. What got me was the slow bounce—every peg feels like a maybe. I actually lost a bit at first, almost logged out, then got a 15x drop that pulled me out of the hole. I didn’t expect that.
